About Us
Truss Aluminium Factory (TAF) was founded in 1998 as a manufacturer of high-quality aluminium truss and support structures. Over the years, its staff has grown from 5 employees to more than 150 worldwide, which includes 75 highly experienced welders.
TAF products are distributed worldwide by its global headquarters in Olomouc, Czech Republic, and its two factory distribution offices - TAF UK and TAF USA. TAF UK, based in Walsall, West Midlands, serves customers across the UK and Ireland. Florida-based TAF USA serves customers across North/Central/South America and the Caribbean.
The extensive range of TAF products include aluminium quicklock truss (conical, spigoted), bolted truss, fork truss, towers, roofs, LED frames, stage decks, ramps, barriers, exhibit designs, truss accessories, and other associated products.
TAF products are manufactured with the highest quality materials in its state-of-the-art factory in the Czech Republic, which utilizes advanced production processes and features modern, cutting-edge machinery. TAF was the first brand in the industry to introduce an automated welding arm into its production line, which ensures quick, precise welds and optimizes production output. Strict monitoring of the welding process, careful testing, stringent quality control, and protective packaging ensure TAF customers receive products that are fully safe and in pristine condition upon arrival.
TAF truss, support structures, and accessories are used in a wide variety of indoor/outdoor concerts, live events, amusement facilities, family centers, virtual reality spaces, sport/obstacle courses, entertainment venues, exhibitions, retail displays, and more.

- We use the following types of aluminium alloy in our production EN‑AW 6082 T6, EN‑AW 6060 T66 for the trussing segments and EN‑AW 2007 T4 for the CNC parts.
- All the material used in our production is properly certified and each delivery thoroughly checked.
- TAF uses over 60 tons of aluminium material every month.
- Usage of semi-automatic cutting machines for cutting of the main tubes of the trussing segments and a fully automatic machines for cutting of (the) main tubes of the tubes for bracing gives us an advantage of speed and precision.
- There is nothing unusual in application of high-quality tooling for welding in TAF factory.
- We also supply CNC parts such as connectors, welding connectors, half‑connectors and many other aluminium trussing accessories. The CNC machines are standardly programmed mechanical devices used to fabricate metal components by the selective removal of metal from solid material.
- All our products are carefully inspected for any defects, packed in 5-layer carton boxes, labeled and loaded to the truck. The system of triple control ensures that minimum defective pieces is dispatched from the factory.
